This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 573/2021 under Sections 308/34 IPC, P.S. Mandawali, Fazalpur, Delhi basis settlement arrived at between the parties on 04th July, 2024, which is on record of this Court.

Petitioner Nos.1-2 and respondent Nos.2-3 are present before this Court and duly identified by the IO.

Respondent Nos.2-3 state that petitioner Nos.1-2 are neighbours and the issue arose out of an altercation. However, they have amicably resolved the matter and have been duly compensated for their injuries. 4.
They have no objection to the quashing of the said FIR. 5.

continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 573/2021 under Sections 308/34 IPC, P.S. Mandawali, Fazalpur, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 7.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
