% 23.03.2016 Respondent No.1 is present in person and he submits that he would be vacating the subject property on 31st March, 2016 in terms of the undertaking given to the Court. He further submits that the petitioners have a security of Rs.5,25,000/- which would be sufficient to adjust all the outstanding views.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition in view of the statement made by respondent No.1 and seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to approach this Court in the event of any violation by the respondents.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. J.R. MIDHA, J.
