% 15.02.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to decide the case of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment in pursuant to the letter dated 16.09.2016 and 25.11.2011.

Keeping in view of the averments made in the said petition and submission of counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to decide the case of the petitioner for grant of compassionate while taking into consideration the letters dated 16.09.2016 and 25.11.2011.

It is made clear that the final decision shall be taken within four weeks from the receipt of this order and the decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter. Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision
