This is a petition under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Through this petition, petitioner wants to summon the two witnesses as mentioned in the list of witnesses at Serial No. 3 & 4 along with the relevant documents who are official witnesses, in furtherance of order of the learned Arbitrator dated 23.09.2024.

Learned counsel for respondent appeared, accepted the notice of the petition and raised no objection to the same. 5.

along with the relevant record, on taking necessary steps on behalf of the petitioner for the next date of hearing through all approved modes including dasti. It is further submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that next date is also fixed before the learned Arbitrator i.e. 29.10.2024 at 02:00 to 05:00 PM and therefore, witnesses may be summoned for that date. Learned opposed counsel agreed for the same.

Hence, let the witnesses be summoned accordingly for the next date i.e. 29.10.2024 at 02:00 to 05:00 PM before the learned Arbitrator. 7.
