% 18.08.2015 IA No. 17102/2015 (under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC) As prayed by the learned Senior Counsel/counsel for the parties, Mr. Madhur Mittal is impleaded as defendant no. 2. Amended memo of parties is taken on record.

Parties have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement dated 30th July, 2015. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of Settlement Agreement, which is marked as "Mark C1". I do not find terms of settlement to be in conflict with any law. Accordingly, a decree is passed in terms of "Mark C-1", which shall form

part of the decree.

Date fixed in the matter, that is, 9th October, 2015 is cancelled. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, let 50% of the court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and necessary certificate, in this regard, be issued by the Registry.
