% 17.05.2017 This petition is filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of sole arbitrator. Learned counsel for the parties agree that the matter be referred for arbitration to Delhi International Arbitration Centre(DIAC). A request is however made that DIAC should appoint an arbitrator having legal background with also some knowledge of accounts as the issue pertains to rendition of accounts. It is also agreed that the claim and counter claims would also be tried by the same learned arbitrator. Accordingly, the disputes between the parties are referred to DIAC. The parties to appear before DIAC on 05.07.2017 at 4.00 P.M. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J MAY 17, 2017/rb
