In this petition, not only benefit of The Maternity Benefit Act, 1960 is claimed by petitioner but also pay due to her qua the cumulative period of 26 weeks i.e. for the maternity leave is sought by petitioner which brings this case within the ambit of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

In view of the above, petitioner is relegated to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, Delhi to avail of the remedies as available in law. 3.

With aforesaid liberty, this petition and the application are disposed of.
