Pursuant to the order dated 18.10.2024, Ms. Malvi Balyan, learned counsel for Delhi Jal Board has been instructed that the water connection at the premises of respondent No. 3 is unauthorised and steps are therefore, being taken to disconnect the water supply. A challan has also been issued to respondent No. 3. A copy of the challan dated 19.11.2024 is handed up in Court, and is taken on record. 2.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not seek any further orders in this writ petition, which stands disposed of. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is also a resident of the same property, on the second floor.
