The present matter has been received on transfer. 2.
The petitioner, who is present in person, has mentioned the matter and submits that he is a practicing advocate. He refers to the affidavit dated 21.02.2026, in particular para 5, wherein he stated that he no longer wishes to pursue the present matter. He has also handed over a self-attested copy of the ID card issued by Bar Council of Delhi, which is taken on record. 3.
Learned counsels for the respondents submit that they have no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the affidavit, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending applications.
