% 04.03.2024 CRL.M.A. 6736/2024 (seeking withdrawal of the appeal) This is an application preferred on behalf of the Appellant under seeking withdrawal of the present appeal as the Appellant has already undergone the sentence awarded. Learned counsel further states that fine of Rs.5,000/- was adjusted in the labour wages due to the Appellant, prior to release of the Appellant from the Jail.

Learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. Application is allowed and disposed of, permitting the Appellant to withdraw the Appeal.
