Mr. Sumit Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, undertakes that without prejudice to their rights and contentions and to maintain an amicable and peaceful atmosphere, the parties being relatives would continue to abide by the order dated 28.11.2014, which was subsequently reiterated by this Court vide order dated 07.03.2018.

The undertaking is accepted, taken on record and the respondents are made bound by the same.
