The file is put up before this Court by the Registry putting forth a letter received from the Court of Shri Deepak Garg, Principal Judge, Family Court, North District, Rohini Court, seeking extension of time for deciding the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, ("HMA") since the said application could not be decided by the Court within the time granted by this Court vide Order dated 22.09.2025, i.e., on or before 03.12.2025 or within one week thereafter. It is also reflected that the application under Section 24 of the HMA in HMA No.842/2022 stands decided on 27.02.2026, i.e., after expiry of the time granted by this Court vide Order dated 22.09.2025.

Since the matter already stands decided, the delay in disposal of the application under Section 24 of the HMA is condoned.
