The petitioner, who is the complainant in CC No. 5502/2020, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class [NI Act], Patiala House Courts, New Delhi District, seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings. 5.

It is made clear that the learned Magistrate's Court is free to schedule the matter at its convenience, having regard to all relevant factors, including the age of the matter, and the fact that the petitioner is stated to be a senior citizen.
