The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.19/2017 under Sections 420/34 of the IPC registered with P.S. Barakhamba Road and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent No.2 company and its director - Mr. Pankaj Sharma.

The present petition is premised on a settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent No.2.

The petitioners are present in Court and are identified by their counsel. Mr. Pankaj Gupta is also present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. Mr. Pankaj Sharma states that he is duly authorized

on behalf of the respondent No.2 company.

He further states that the concerned parties have resolved their disputes and differences and respondent No.2 does not wish to pursue any complaint against the petitioners.

The petitioners also state that they have resolved all their differences with respondent No.2 and have no grievance against respondent No.2 4.

In view of the aforesaid statements made by the petitioners and Mr. Pankaj Sharma on behalf of respondent No.2, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR No.19/2017 under Sections 420/34 of the IPC registered with P.S. Barakhamba Road and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

The petitioners and Mr. Pankaj Sharma on behalf of respondent No.2 shall sign this order as an acknowledgement of their statements recorded herein.
