Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.0079/2024 under Sections 420/120B IPC, registered at PS: Barakhamba Road, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 17.04.2025.

Learned APP for State appearing on advance Notice informs that Closure Report has been filed and the same has also been accepted by the learned Trial Court.

In view of aforesaid submissions, present Petition along with pending Applications is disposed of as infructuous.
