By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks grant of 2nd spell of furlough for a period of two weeks. It is stated in the petition that the petitioner had already made an application before the concerned authority and the same is pending.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner appears and submits that an order has already been passed and the petitioner's request has been declined by the concerned authority.

Learned counsel for the petitioner thus seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order vide which petitioner's request for grant of 2nd spell of furlough stands denied. 4.

In view thereof, the present petition along with pending applications, if any, stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
