The operation of the Petitioner's current bank account with HDFC Bank has been put on 'hold' pursuant to directions issued by P.S. Cyber Wing, Rohini in connection with the investigation of FIR No. 57/2025. 2.

The aforenoted action is impugned in the present proceedings. 3.

The Petitioner has also filed an application before the jurisdictional magistrate seeking the de-freezing of the account, which is currently pending adjudication. Pertinently, the State has filed a response to this application, expressing no objection to the de-freezing of the Petitioner's bank account.

In light of the categorical stand taken by P.S. awaiting adjudication of the pending application. In response, counsel for the Petitioner has stated that the application has not been heard in a timely manner and is currently listed before the Trial Court on 16th October, 2025. 5.

Having considered the foregoing, the Court is of the opinion that the appropriate course is to direct the Trial Court to decide the pending application. The Trial Court is accordingly requested to take up the matter for hearing on 25th September, 2025.

With the above directions, the present petition is disposed of, along with pending application.

Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Trial Court, for necessary information and compliance.
