1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:

"a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction to the respondent to process & decide the Petitioner's application for extension of D.Pharm Course in time bound manner and pass the final order for grant of extension of approval for academic session 2025-26."

2. Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the last date for processing the application for approval has been extended by the Hon'ble Supreme Court till 30.09.2025 and the last date for disposing of the compliance-cum-appeal is 10.10.2025.

3. In view of the above, issue notice.

4. Mr. Ajay Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent accepts notice.

5. On instructions, he submits that the application of the petitioner will be processed by 30.10.2025. The statement is taken on record and the respondent/PCI shall remain bound by the same.

6. Appeal, if any, preferred upon communication of deficiencies shall also be decided by the respondent/PCI within 5 days from the date of making of such compliance-cum-appeal.
