This is an application seeking condonation of delay in refiling the petition. The period of delay involved is 53 days. 2.

The prayer made in the application is not opposed by the counsel for the judgment debtor.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned. The captioned application is disposed of.

EX.P. 55/2015 4.

Counsel for the judgment debtor says that pursuant to the order dated 6.12.2018, a sum of Rs.73,04,000/- has been deposited with the Registry of this Court.

As is evident from the order dated 6.12.2018 passed by this Court that the said amount has been deposited pursuant to order dated 05.12.2018 passed in FAO 7331/2018 (O & M) pending in the Punjab and Haryana EX.P. 55/2015 Pg.1 of 2

High Court.

Counsel for the decree holder says that he would likely to seek release of amount against a bank guarantee of an equivalent amount. If an application is moved, appropriate directions will be issued. 7.

Renotify the matter on 21.5.2019.
