CM APPL. 6237/2026 (for stay) By way of the present application filed under section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908, the appellant/applicant seeks stay of order dated 23.12.2025 passed by the learned executing court in Ex No.551/25. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits, that the execution proceedings be stayed till the conclusion of the proceedings in the Review Pet. No. 631/2025, which is listed next on 27.03.2026. In the circumstances, counsel has been asked to address the court on the review petition itself.

Counsel however states that the present application be kept for 27.03.2026.
