Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that cheque No.349064 dated 31st January, 2019 for Rs.50 lakhs has been dishonoured due to insufficiency of funds.

Learned counsel for the defendants submits that the defendants had sufficient amount in their account which has been attached by the Income Tax Department due to which the cheque got dishonoured. Let an affidavit containing the statement of account showing the sufficient amount in the defendants account and the attachment order be placed on record within one week from today.

Learned counsel for the defendants submits that the defendants are making arrangement to make the payment against dishonoured cheque. This submission shall be considered on the next date of hearing. 4.

List for consideration on 22nd February, 2019. 5.

The defendants shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing.
