These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the orders passed by the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Delhi ["DRTIII"] in separate matters against the dismissal of interrogatory applications filed by the respective Petitioners. 4.
This order shall dispose of the present four connected Writ Petitions.

The limited grievance of the Petitioner in all these four Writ Petitions is that the Respondent No. 1/Bank has filed reply to the application of the Petitioners to serve the interrogatories which should be taken into consideration while hearing final arguments, to which learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1/Bank has no objection. 6.
Accordingly, the present Writ Petitions are disposed of with the observations that learned DRT-III will permit the Petitioners to refer to the reply filed by the Respondent No. 1/Bank to the application to serve the interrogatories.
