The present Appeal filed under Order XXI Rule 58 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966, assails the order dated 11.07.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in case bearing Execution Petition No. 275/2012. 2.

Learned counsel for the Appellant after arguing for some time, prays for permission to withdraw the present Appeal in order to take all defences before the Executing Court where the proceedings are pending.
