In the opinion of this Court, the prayers made in the present petition against the respondent - Municipal Corporation of Delhi, would be subject matter of the Central Administrative Tribunal under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. The judgment of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in L. Chandrakumar vs. Union of India & Ors reported in (1994) 5 SCC 539 would propel this Court to direct the petitioner to take her grievance before the Principal Bench, Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh before the Principal Bench, Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi on the same cause of action, in accordance with law.
