This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. CM APPL. 60265/2025 (Exemption) 2.

Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application is disposed of. CONT.CAS(C) 1433/2025 3.

The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"It is, respectfully prayed that this Petition may kindly be allowed and respondents be summoned, and show cause be issued for initiation of contempt proceedings for deliberate disobedience /violation of directions of Hon'ble High court issued vide impugned order dated 30-05-2024 (Annexure P-1) and respondents be punished for contempt of court under section 12 of the contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with-article 215 of The constitution of India. AND The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Any other appropriate order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances." 4.

The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of directions contained in order dated 30.05.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 8165/2024. The relevant portion of the said order reads as under:

"2. Accordingly, this Court directs the Registrar, Cooperative Societies to decide the aforesaid representations filed by the petitioner by way of reasoned orders in accordance with law, within twelve (12) weeks. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition along with application is disposed of."

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that upon filing of the present petition, a notice has been received from the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, requiring the petitioner to appear before it tomorrow, i.e., 23.09.2025 at 02:00 PM.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that representation of the petitioner, on his appearance tomorrow, i.e, 23.09.2025, before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, shall be decided within a period of 4 weeks. Let the same be done. 7.

The present petition is disposed of with direction that the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, upon hearing the present petitioner, shall decide the representation within a period of 4 weeks by way of a speaking order in accordance with law.

In case of non-compliance, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the present petition.
