% 24.05.2018 On the last date of hearing this Court had passed the following order: "Learned counsel appearing for the respondents states, a petition for quashing FIR No.732/2014 has been filed and the same was listed in this Court today but got adjourned as the Hon'ble Judge was not holding the Court. The next date of hearing is May 30, 2018.

Mr. J.C. Mahindru, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks sometime to ascertain the position.

Re-notify on May 24, 2018."

Mr. J.C. Mahindru, learned counsel for the petitioner states, since a petition for quashing FIR No.732/2014 has been file before the concerned Court and the same is coming up hearing on May 30, 2018, he wishes to withdraw the contempt petition and work out the implementation of the

order dated April 06, 2018 before the said Court. It is made clear, if any grievance still subsist for the petitioner in terms of order dated April 06, 2018, liberty is with the petitioner to revive the contempt petition.
