The petitioner has assailed order dated 13.08.2025 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Court-03), Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the learned trial court, explaining that on 13.08.2025 while appearing through videoconferencing what he wanted was some more time to prepare for cross-examination of DW1 and DW2. 3.

As requested, the petition and accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
