% 19.09.2025 Ms. Aruna Mehta, learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal submitting that the matter has been settled through mediation under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 08.08.2025. A copy of Settlement Agreement dated 08.08.2025 is on record. The appeal is accordingly disposed-of as withdrawn holding that the parties shall remain bound by the terms contained in Settlement Agreement dated 08.08.2025.
