By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks the following prayers:
"a) Pass an order directing respondent no. 2 to take action against respondent no. 7 And directing respondent 5 & 6 as a part of chargesheet in Fir No.0099/2018 P.S Barakhamba Road Dated 14.08.2018.
b) Pass an order to direct respondent no.3 to conduct enquiry against the respondent no. 5 & 6 for their misconduct." 2.

aggrieved by the confusion in the chargesheet, where instead of naming respondent No.5 as an accused, the bank has been named as an accused and kept in column No.12. He submits that against the aforesaid, a protest petition has already been filed, which is pending consideration before the concerned Court.

Considering that the petitioner has already approached the concerned Court with the protest petition, the present petition is disposed of with direction that the concerned Court shall make an endeavour to take up application and dispose it of within a period of two months from today. 4.
