By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR 167/2025, dated 25.02.2025, registered at Police Station New Usmanpur, District North East, Delhi, under Section 80 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

At the very outset, Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, states that the father of the deceased is yet to be examined. 3.
