After some hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the impugned Show Cause Notice (SCN) dated 12.09.2025 shall be withdrawn and a fresh show cause notice (setting out the correct sequence of events) shall be issued to the petitioner expeditiously. The said statement is taken on record.

Needless to say, till the same is done and the necessary adjudication is done by the competent authority, no precipitative steps shall be taken by the respondent.
