WP(C) 1720/2017 & CM 7680/2017 This petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:- "A) Set aside the order dated 26.12.16 bearing no.F.DE15ACT-1/WPC-4109/PART/13/211-215 And B) Also set aside order dated 06.01.2017 bearing No.DE15/PSB/Misc/2016/29 passed by the respondent no.2. And C) Further, permit the petitioners to go ahead with the proposed increase in fee as per the resolution of the Management committee dated 25.01.2016. And D) Pass any other order(s) as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Mr.S.K.Tripathi, would submit that the present petition is premature inasmuch as in terms of the direction no.3 at page 54 of the paper book, the petitioners shall be at liberty to represent to the concerned Dy. Director Education, who shall consider and pass appropriate orders thereof. In view of the statement made by Mr.S.K.Tripathi, Mr.Sandeep Sethi, learned senior counsel states that the petitioners shall file a representation to the concerned Dy. Director (Education) within one week. If that be so, it is directed, the said representation shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed within three weeks, thereafter. Accordingly, the petition and the application are disposed of. It is made clear, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the order to be passed by respondents, they can seek such remedy as available in law. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J FEBRUARY 27, 2017 RN
