% 03.03.2017 CM No. 8451/2017 Exemption application is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) No. 1911/2017 This is a case of dispute between a member and a cooperative society. Adequate remedies are available and provided in the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 and the applicable rules. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that there is a management committee in place though he has learnt that the Registrar could have passed an order appointing an Administrator, but he does not have copy of the said order. There also appears to be some dispute with regard to the payment of
maintenance charges, electricity consumption charges, etc. It is not for the High Court to enter into these matters for which there are adequate alternative remedies provided under the aforesaid Act. With the aforesaid observation, we refuse to entertain the present writ petition, and do not express any opinion on merits. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
CHANDER SHEKHAR, J.
