The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner for (a) directions in complaint case filed under section 12 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (hereinafter "DV Act") in MC No.95/2024, pending trial before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (Mahila Court-04), West District, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi to dispose of the interim application under section 23 of the DV Act, regarding residential rights, within a time-bound manner; and (b) an order restraining the respondents from alienating, transferring , or creating any third-party interest in the matrimonial home, i.e. A-10, First Floor, Vishal Enclave, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027, during the pendency of the present petition. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that they have confined the submissions to prayer (a), and that prayer (b) is not being pressed.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is jointly submitted by the parties that they are ad idem that this Court may direct the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Tis Hazari Courts to dispose of the proceedings in MC No. 95/2024 in a time-bound manner.

With the aforesaid observations, the learned Trial Court is requested to proceed with the matter and conclude the proceedings in an expeditious manner, preferably within two months.

Accordingly, the present petition along with pending applications, if any, stands disposed of.
