Ms. Vandana, (Petitioner's wife) is present along with her counsel. Upon being inquired, she states that she is about 30 years old and further submits that since November 2024, she, along with her children, has been living separately from her husband (Petitioner herein). 3.

In view of the nature of the case and grievance raised by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to exercise its jurisdiction. 4.
