% 05.05.2026 CRL.M.A. 14120/2026 (for early hearing) By way of this application, the applicants - petitioners seek early hearing of the captioned petition, which is next scheduled to be listed on 13.05.2026.

For the reasons stated, the application is allowed, and CRL.M.C. 6801/2025 is taken up for hearing.

The application stands disposed of.

By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 219/2024 dated 29.03.2024, registered at Police Station Palam Village, District South-West, Delhi, under Sections 323/289/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Mr. Nazar Nawaz Abbasi, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, as charges have now been framed in the proceedings arising out of the impugned FIR. He seeks to reserve the right of the petitioners to challenge the order framing charges in the appropriate forum, if they are so advised.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed of in terms of the above submission.

As notice has not been issued to respondent No. 2 - complainant, the rights and contentions of all parties remain reserved. 5.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of the case.
