This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a) Summon and punish the Contemnors for willful disobedience of the Final Order dated 24.04.2025 in W.P.(C) NO. 9398 of 2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court;

b) Any other or further order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be passed/issued in favour of the Petitioners and against the Respondents." 3.

Vide order dated 24.04.2025 in W.P.(C) 9398/2019 the following order was passed:- "1. The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution, seeking a direction upon the respondents to grant him promotion alongwith all consequential benefits. Further to the order dated 21.01.2025, and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the writ petition would be treated as a representation before respondent nos. 1 to 3, which will be disposed of by a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from today in accordance with law.

3. The rights and remedies of the petitioner shall remain reserved.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid." 4.

Compliance affidavit alongwith order of communication dated 27.11.2025 in compliance of the aforesaid directions has been placed on record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the said order is not in accordance with law.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
