By virtue of the present application, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, since pursuant to an order passed by the learned Executing Court, the vacant, peaceful and physical possession of the subject premises has been handed over to the respondents/ landlords on 31.10.2025.

In view of the aforesaid, as also considering the judgments of N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.52205221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], the present application is allowed. RC.REV. 292/2025, CM APPL. 60360/2025 (Stay) 3.
