This is an application filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act') seeking extension of time for rendering the award. The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the arguments have been heard and the learned Arbitrator has reserved the matter for declaring the award.

The learned counsel for the Judgement Debtor has no objection if the time for making the award is extended as prayed for by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the time for making the award is extended till 31.03.2018.
