We are informed that parties have settled the dispute and based on the same, the learned Commercial Court in Civil Suit No.742/2025 titled "Unique Tourism Pvt. Ltd. v. Globallogic Tecnologies Pvt. Ltd." has passed an order on 09th December 2025. As such, a submission has been made that in view thereof the present appeal be disposed of.

It appears that the suit came to be dismissed as withdrawn since the subject matter was settled.
