This petition has been filed under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award.

to the extension of time for making of the award, however, this should not be treated as an admission of the contents of the petition. Taking into the account the above, time for making the award is extended by six months with effect from 02.04.2018. The petition is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to costs. Dasti.
