This petition has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted by ASJ by order dated 14th February, 2017 in FIR no. 06/2015 registered at PS EOW under Sections 406/420/120B IPC, during the pendency of the matter before this Court.

The condition was imposed while granted a bail of deposit of Rs. 2 crores by the respondent/accused.

Subsequently, against an order of 07th June, 2017, of this Court, matter finally reached to Supreme Court where conditions of depositing 2 crores were modified by the Supreme Court directing that an amount of Rs. 50 lacs would be deposited within four weeks and for Rs. 1.50 crores, security of immovable property of the same value shall be given to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

Subsequently, on 02nd January, 2019, it was recorded by Supreme Court that the security furnished by respondent/accused was in conformity with the order passed and the compliance report had been received from Trial Court.

The Supreme Court having recorded these observations, the bail of the respondent/accused would sand confirmed.

Since this petition had been filed challenging the original order of granting bail of 14th February, 2017 which is now been superseded by the orders of Supreme Court, this petition itself become infructuous. 7.

This petition is accordingly dismissed.
