The present application has been filed by the petitioner-applicant praying inter alia for a correction in the cause title of the writ petition. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name in the service record and as per his school leaving certificate, etc., is "Jagdish Chander". However, the writ petition was erroneously filed in the name of "Jagdish Chander Sharma" due to which the respondents are declining to release the pensionary benefits, etc., to him in terms of para 3 of the order dated 15.01.2016.

Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice and submits that he does not have any objection to the present application being W.P.(C) 18804/2006
allowed.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed limited to the extent of permitting correction of the petitioner's name in the cause title of the writ petition. The petitioner is permitted to file an amended memo of parties correctly mentioning his name as "Jagdish Chander" instead of "Jagdish Chander Sharma". 6.
Needful shall be done within one week, with copy to the other side. 7.
The application is disposed of.
