The present petition has been filed by the State challenging the Order dated 08.10.2021 passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in FIR No.365/2020 registered at Police Station: Bharat Nagar, NorthWest District, Delhi, rejecting the Final Report filed therein on the ground that the same has been filed beyond the period of limitation. 3.

The present Revision petition itself has been, admittedly, filed with a delay of 568 days. There is also a delay of 74 days in re-filing the Revision Petition.

Barring the bureaucratic delay in filing of the present petition, the applications seeking condonation of delay also does not disclose any genuine reasons. charged, I do not find it to be a fit case for consideration and no sufficient ground is made out.

Accordingly, the applications seeking condonation of delay are dismissed. Consequently, the Revision Petition is also dismissed as being barred by the limitation. However, the question of law is kept open to be considered in an appropriate case.
