Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that there is no challenge to the Sale Deed of the petitioner, which was registered on 7th October, 2011 prior to the presentation of the Deed of Cancellation of General Power of Attorney of 11th January, 2012 for registration, he does not wish to press this petition.
