Settlement agreement dated 21.12.2017 has been received from Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, who appears in person, that they have amicably resolved and settled their all disputes by which the petitioner/management has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.1,65,000/- to the respondent in full and final settlement of his all claims including reinstatement, back wages and other benefits including gratuity and bonus, etc. in terms of the Award dated 12.04.2016.

The respondent submits that pursuant to the settlement he had received Rs.50,000/- by cash and Rs.1,15,000/- by a cheque bearing No.92032 dated 21.12.2017 drawn on Yes Bank, Prashant Vihar,

Rohini, New Delhi-110085 from the petitioner. He submits that the cheque has been encashed. He further submits that he has no claim with the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the petition along with the pending applications being CM No.12482/2018, CM No.7574/2017 and CM No.30127/2017 is disposed of.

Pursuant to the order dated 27.02.2017, the petitioner had deposited Rs.1,54,810/- with the Registry of the Court; this amount along with interest accrued thereon be refunded to the petitioner. VINOD GOEL, J.
