% 09.03.2017 We have heard the petitioner in person. After some hearing, she states that she would withdraw the present writ petition and if required and necessary, file a fresh OA with the prayers, which were made in the MA. In view of the statement made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
