O R D E R
% 15.05.2017 The victim, asserted be aged 17 years at the time of incident, was employed by the husband of the applicant. In the FIR, that came to be registered after three months of the incident, the applicant's husband is alleged to have committed rape on the victim. For such act, nothing is attributed to the applicant. As for the applicant, it is alleged that when the applicant has incidentally reached the spot and noticed the incident. Thereafter, when the victim came out of the room, she saw applicant and her husband quarrelling with each other and during that course, the applicant allegedly pushed the victim from the second floor terrace and the victim fell on the terrace of the adjoining house and thereby, sustained injuries on her person. But for such allegations, ld. Addl. PP has not been able to point out anything else for any other act attributable to the applicant.
At this stage, ld. Addl. PP states that the challan has since been filed and that, the applicant did join for the investigations, without any hindrance and that, she is no more required for any further investigations.
Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant, she shall be released on bail on her executing personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned IO/SHO.
