The present matter has been reflected in the regular cause list since 03.2.2016. The same was taken up on 19.2.2016,24.2.2016 and 3.3.2016. However, none had appeared for the petitioner on the said dates. 2.

Ms. Babbar, learned counsel for the respondent states that she had sent a written intimation of the pendency of this case to Mr. R.P. Sharma, counsel for the petitioner through speed post. She hands over a copy of the letter dispatched by speed post to the counsel for the petitioner, which is taken on record. Despite the same, none is present on behalf of the petitioner.
