The matter was passed over on the first call as none was present on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the second call in the post lunch session, the petitioner is not represented.

We may note that the present petition was dismissed in default and for non-prosecution on 11.03.2016. Now, the petitioner has filed the restoration application alongwith an application for seeking condonation of delay of 600 days in filing the present application. Despite that, the petitioner and his counsel are absent and in such circumstances, we have no option but to dismiss the present applications. Ordered accordingly.
